Each year schools and preschools are allocated resources to provide learning programs. Support is available to sites in the management of their finances including the materials and services charge and School Card (the provision of concessions for low income earners for school fees). The Gold Book outlines all procedures relating to the management of finances and assets.

Accountability incorporates the management, analysis and provision of data collected from schools and preschools and the audit and review of schools and preschools.

Site Governance supports the involvement of parents and members of the school community in their local school and preschool decision-making structures and processes.
